NetLogger.org is a free online source of currently active nets worldwide.
Find it at https://www.netlogger.org/
At its easiest, you just go to the NetLogger website and read.
-But you want to do more, like register your own net, or maybe search nets by your criteria?
First, read the TIPS: https://netlogger.org/downloads/NetLogger%20TIPS.pdf
Go to the NetLogger website and download the free app. Yes, it works for your OS.

Well, that should get you going, but also there are YouTubes such as https://youtu.be/e9El_zB65LI?si=_ndu8mzDi6q31Y5n to help you register your first net for the world to see.
FWIW, I run the NetLogger app on Arch Linux -not saying you should- and it works perfectly as described. It seems that others run fine too.
