We were talking about this over coffee, so here it is, the article "Stereo-code filter" by John Hawes BSc, CEng FIET, G8CQX, pp44-48 in the June 2022 issue of RadCom.

Yes, but it's quite the project.
The concept is easy, the math less so, and it needs some nifty SMD construction -and that still is a new area for me, at least.

_But the idea of a CW pileup being acoustically arranged in front of you like you'r the maestro of a concert orchestra is fun. -Or you're sitting at a long dinner table and you hear the conversations arranged left-to-right in front of you. A very cool idea, and much less tiring than trying to separate the wanted signal by decreasing the bandwidth until it all sounds like it's muffled from under a winter comforter!
