SAQ or how to receive very low frequencies

Post by KX4QC »

Here is a wonderful authoritative sire with how to receive Grimeton SAQ and much more.

VLF does not need the biggest antennas; here's how to do it with a ferrite rod and simple preamp.

There are audio files, circuits and even how to take a vlf receiver on vacation, easily!

Check out:

-and while we're on topic here's one of many videos -the others will surely come on YouTube:

Just a thought:
We have a Clock at home that radio-synchs to WWVB on 60kHz. It's motor died, but the radio seems still alive, so I kept it while I ponder how to re-tune it to SAQ and other VLF goodies.

Any good ideas?
