Hello All,
I have a Swan 350 that I would like to sell in working order with serial # C212908, which, according to ChatGPT, would make it a rare vintage 1968 rig. Making it even rarer, it has a working power supply.
The last time it was on the bench it was successfully receiving on, if I remember correctly, 20 and 40 but that was several years ago. Since then, it's been sitting in my air-conditioned attic and when I brought it out recently and hooked it up, I did not get any reception. So, I'd like to get it properly set up and running again.
Again, I am doing this to be able to sell it for the maximum that it can bring and I'm assuming that would be at "working on all bands, all modes" status. What suggestions would any of you have and does anyone have the knowledge, test equipment and bandwidth to help me fix, tune and evaluate it?
Thanks, 73
