QST Digital edition

Post by KX4QC »

QST is still very much with us, and in its digital edition, fine value. The November edition contains 132 pages of full color articles, news, product reviews and more. The cost of ARRL membership is less than a monthly trip to Mickey D's.
OK, there is something you don't like about ARRL. Me too, but staying away doesn't improve anything. So, never mind the education (the future), the Band defense (your ability to use your radio), the unbelievably cheap shack insurance (we received a direct strike), the Yearbook, the On The Air, the awards, the representation nationally, internationally.... All for less than one monthly hamburger meal!

Well, this cheapskate at least, thinks this represents a pretty good deal! So why have only 1 in 6 licensed US radio amateurs gotten off their bottoms to join? Not a bad thing to do. Better than just complaining while doing nothing to assure a better ARRL going forward?
