Operate indoors?
While many would never contemplate such a thing, maybe thin of the possibilities that open up:
  • Quick setup, anywhere.
    QRP rig ideal, but moderate power maybe safe.
    Hybrid digital modes such as Fusion, DMR, D-Star,
    The HOA never needs to know?
    High rise buildings,
    Travel?
