I stumbled on these tubes, but what are they? Do they have equivalents in US/Europe?

And then there are devils we know: about $26 Only few ceramic transmitters on this website, maybe elsewhere.
Here's a big beggar: And this reminds me of a familar transmitter, but I have no details of its care and feeding: Seems the move to solid state is cutting the price of tube tech.
It's been said that tubes are tough, but a transistor is always only one half-cycle away from destruction!
Maybe we should all buy a 811 / 572B linear while supplies last??
