antennavis - antenna radiation pattern visualization software
cassbeam - Cassegrain antenna modeling
hamradio-antenna - Debian hasm radio packages
xnec2c - calculate and display radio antenna properties
xnecview - NEC structure and gain pattern viewer
yagiuda - software to analyse Yagi-Uda antennas
And don't forget there are a lot of Windows antenna modelers that run fine on Wine for Linux.
